ABA BC is a 21-storey structure 80m high, which has become a symbol of modern architecture in Albania. Designed to serve the needs of businesses, the building is multi-functional, including bars, restaurants, gyms and a commercial space of around 6000m², turning the ABA Business Center into a reference point for the social life of the capital.
Thanks to our experience in the design, installation and maintenance of systems HVAC ABA Business Center entrusted us with the installation of the entire building system assisting them for many years. Currently, the entire center has been replaced with outdoor units by updating them with DVM S2.
The client requested the replacement of the entire HVAC system (with Fan Coil unit) with DVM-S Full Heat Recovery Systems
(VRF). The infrastructure of the system we have designed is extremely flexible and it allows tenants to divide the entire floor
into smaller compartments while maintaining completely independent power control and distribution.
