As one of the leaders in HVAC design and installation in Albania, ESE provided its experience to meet the specific air conditioning
needs of one of the newest projects in the Albanian capital.
Vertical Forest Tirana, the building has 21 floors and will have 105 apartments. It will also include four underground levels and on the
ground floor there will be space for shops. Each space will have an individual system meeting every need that residents will have. Named the Vertical Forest of Tirana, the building with a glass facade accompanied by aromatically planted balconies will be one of the vertical forest towers of Stefano Boeri Architetti.
