One of the newest projects of the city of Tirana, offering a multifunctional building which will be developed on 12 levels above
ground and 4 underground, for a total height of 48.70 meters. We are entrusted to realize the design of the HVAC system of the facility, with an extensive portfolio, our team will make it possible to provide the best experience for future residents. The building is configured in an elliptical shape with a planimetric area of about 1,800 square meters; the first floor and floor -1 are designed to be narrower by 2 meters compared to the upper floors and cover an area of about 1,500 square meters.
